WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE
I absolutely loved shopping at Wigs.com! I ordered a few styles and colors and had the chance to try them on at home to be certain that I made the right choice. Then, I was able to return the wigs that did not work well for me, WITH NO RESTOCKING FEE. As the leader of an Alopecia Support Group, I will be strongly recommending Wigs.com for our members, so they can have the same confidence in purchasing a wig that they truly love.

Delivery and Returns
Delivery is fast enough, but it takes too long to process returns. Waiting on credit to hit my account so I can order a replacement.

It's best to be Honest with Yourself
My overall experience was way better than I could have ever imagined! Thanks to the lovely & beautiful Kerry Smith, Assistant Manager of Sales & Client Care! I had my initial 1 hour virtual (zoom) consultation and it was with Kerry. Prior to the meeting, I was very nervous, since I am a tall male, 50 years old, and decided to embrace my female side that I have been living with my whole life, and I have a shaved head, so you can see how this would be nerve racking for me. I used to be a make-up artist years ago, so I started messing around with the stuff again lately, but I have always wanted to complete my look with a woman's hairstyle. So I went to Wigs.com! And I am so glad I did! Kerry is so kind and caring and she made me feel at ease within 1 minute of the zoom meeting. I explained everything to Kerry and what I was trying to achieve. Kerry is a "mountain of knowledge" when it comes to wigs, so it was easy for her to make my first consultation fun, easy going, and very educational, which I love to learn new things! Our zoom meeting exceeded and hour, but Time was Not a concern with Kerry! She would have stayed for 2 hours as long as it was helping me, and that meant THE WORLD TO ME! I ended up purchasing the Raquel Welch, Winner Large, in Glazed Sand! I had that wig and the hair care products in 3 days! My look is somewhat complete now. I say somewhat, because now I want a bunch more. Having cute hair and hairstyles is absolutely ADDICTING!! The looks you can do with yourself is endless! I am just so happy with my wig, the color is perfect, I didn't even have to have anything trimmed, and it is so easy to put on and adjust!
