Had a very nice video conference with an associate. Very helpful and informative. Unfortunately the wig I ordered did not work for me. It was a bit too large. However I think that wigs.com is a wonderful company to do business with and The return of the product was quickly deducted from my payment method. I can highly recommend their services as they are quite professional and trustworthy.

Sophia was outstanding. It is a tough process to do remotely, but she was a tremendous help!

Was so looking forward to receiving and wearing this beautiful wig. The color was lovely and the dark roots exactly what I hoped for. After carefully measuring my head, I ordered the size indicated. However, it was too small to the point that the wig just kept popping up on top of my head, even with a wig hugger band. Unfortunately I will be returning this style in the next size and possibly in a slightly darker shade. The ordering and shipping process was very easy and I received the wig promptly and in very good condition. Thank you, and I will be back!!

Very happy with my purchase. After a bit of styling by my hair stylist, I am proudly wearing my wig. It looks and feels like natural hair. Love the style & color is close to my natural color. Definitely recommend!
