Wow customer service is spectacular
I had the best experience speaking to one of your representatives yesterday. She went over and beyond even though I was already not the friendliest encounter she most likely had to deal with but she truly listened to my concerns and even agreed with me about some of my concerns or complaints and she truly did not have to! She let me vent and she really helped me find what I needed and also explained why the shortage has occurred and even helped with finding alternatives and new release options. I also was blessed to find out she was celebrating a birthday as well as myself yesterday and I truly wanted to be one her friend and take her out for “Our day” because she made made my voice heard and wasn’t going to allow me to feel insecure or unhappy about a piece I selected and paid for. She understood the assignment of her job and she is by far an amazing person to be representing your company and your line!

Customer service was more than perfect. So quick to response and extremely supportive.
