Wigs.com has been so helpful. Their customer service knows the details of all the wigs they sell and has good advice on which colors to buy. They also have been easy to deal with on returns. It took me three times to find my perfect wig and they were very patient.

I ordered 3 wigs for $350 and didn’t get the package. Called to the customer service, didn’t get any support just got advice to call UPS. Haven’t heard about the lost package since.

Hello Irina, As we discussed on the phone, on March 15th, unfortunately you entered the wrong shipping address when you placed your order. Since you didn't catch the error in the email order confirmation, UPS delivered the order to that address. When we spoke, we advised you to file a claim with UPS and/or consider going to the address you listed to see if they still have your package. You didn't want to do either, so we helped by filing the claim with UPS for you, which they denied because they delivered the package to the address you provided. Then on your behalf again, we re-filed the claim with UPS to see if they would reconsider. We hope to hear back from them next week. Respectfully, The Wig Experts

The hair products I ordered are great so I gave a 4 star review but I can't give a 5 star as I have been so disappointed in the wigs I've bought the last number of years. They are not the quality of the Gabor ones (same style) that I bought in the past and they seem to get worse each time. Some are so frizzy they look like they are made of different material then in the past;, uneven with one side shorter than the others and I wouldn't be caught wearing them even to work in my garden. I keep hoping if I order more they will finally give me some good ones but I confess I'm nervous to try again as that has not been my experience other than those IU originally bought yeas back. I should throw them out they are getting worn out but they are the only ones I would wear and so needed the hair care products to try and make them look better. Your wigs use to be lovely I cannot say that anymore and would no longer recommend to friends to purchase any

Hello Betty, We are very sorry to hear about how disappointed you are with the recent wigs you received. We would love to understand a bit more about your experience and see how we can help. Unfortunately we were only able find your order for the care products but could not find any orders for wigs that you had placed with us here on Wigs.com. Could you please return our call or provide us with another order number so we can look into further into this for you? Your feedback is important to us and we would love to address any concerns regarding quality. We hope you will allow us to continue to serve you in the future. Respectfully, The Wig Experts

This was over all a good experience the wig arrived in a timely fashion and I loved colour ginger brown Roni and has lots of texture. The thing I didn't like was its a very full wig which is not what I expected. I have cancer and chemo caused me to loose my hair and I have lived in my bald state for some time so of course when I look at the wig on it seems really full to me . I have been told it looks like real hair . I'm wearing it to day and going to doctors appointments and such it has given a boost . I still can look beautiful even with ugly old cancer .
