The wig I ordered was true to description/representation. It was shipped and delivered in a timely manner. I really like how customers can upload their own pics wearing the product. Then you can get a more realistic idea of what it will look like before ordering. That really helped in my decision to order the wig that I did.

I selected a wig which was delivered in a timely manner. The wig was beautiful and in pristine condition on arrival. Despite it's correct color and size, the fit around the ears was not correct for this buyer. Wigs.com was very supportive regarding the return. Once received, within a week, I received a refund. I will order again in the future.

I like my RW wig...it doesn't stay on as well as I had hoped...the back keeps moving up and my hair is very short under the wig.
