The worst company and worst customer service ever. There was a delivery attempt and I wasn’t notified, nor door tag was left. I had to go to different post offices to find out where my package was. They asked me to pay additional 126 Canadian dollars for receiving the package that I wasn’t aware of. There was nothing that indicates the extra charges, and if there was any, it was hidden and not clear. I returned the package immediately without even opening it and checking the item. I won’t recommend it for anyone. Please be aware!! They are very deceitful.

Hello Maria, We are so sorry to hear of any issue with your delivery and that you feel the information regarding shipping and duty was not clear at the time of check out. To clarify, we offer three shipping options for you to choose from when placing your order online and shipping to Canada. One option will allow you to prepay the cost of shipping and duties at check out. The other two options offer the choice between USPS and UPS, the cost of shipping, and duty and tax are due upon delivery. These must be paid prior to or at the time of delivery. Unfortunately we are unable to predetermine your duties as they are calculated by Canadian Customs at the time of clearance or inspection. It appears you had selected to have your order shipped with USPS with duty and tax owed upon delivery. In order to better assist you, we did attempt to reach you by phone. I am returning the wig because I don't like and when I follow the instructions for returning it and fill the form to received the UPS label, it shows Puerto Rico is on one of the states list but it did not permit me to print the label. I call your customer service and they say Puerto Rico is not included in the shipping to return the wig, that I need to return it by the way I wish. Very upset.

We offer UPS prepaid return labels for US Ground orders but since you are in Puerto Rico your return will need to be shipped with Air Shipping with your preferred carrier. Wigs.com is always fast and my orders are always correct. I chose free ground shipping 4-7 days and my topper was shipped the same day I ordered it. I have ordered many times from Wigs.com when they have a site-wide sale of usually 30-40%. The quality is always terrific and I've never had any problems.
