This is my THIRD transaction with Wigs.com and while I'm still waiting for the third order to arrive, the first two have been positive experiences. My first purchase was in 2018, and I have made more recent purchases as of 2022. Their customer service has been a positive experience, and I have always received what I ordered. I have been able to cancel orders before they have been shipped without penalty, and when the orders do ship, they arrive fast. The wigs are expensive, compared to other brands, but I feel they are worth it. Overall, 5/5. Will do future transactions as finances allow.
