Great quality wig. Wig arrived packaged nicely with care instructions. Have worn it a couple times already and washed. Holds up nicely. Color fits description. Ends are thinner due to the layered cut but perfect on the crown. The fit is very comfortable.

This waft extension is SO THIN I could actually see through it! Not worth the money. Pretty highlights, but no coverage at all. Flimsy & cheap looking. I normally love their products, however this one completely missed the mark!

I shop Wigs.com, not only for their great customer service, but because they convey what’s in stock & what’s not. Not all wig companies online do that. Some will take your credit card pmt and you don’t hear that the style you ordered is out of stock. You’re just put on a wait list. Thank you Wigs.Com for displaying what’s in stock!

It was wonderful having a Zoom consultation where I could discuss my concerns about hair thinning and Sophie could see my hair. Getting the direction one on one was invaluable. Realizing for me a wig was best rather than a topper helped so much. I ended up choosing a Jon Renau Alisa and just love the feeling of this piece. It fit perfect. I love how I feel wearing it too.

The wig looked nothing like the picture I had to get it cut to have any likeness to the picure The color was much lighter than in the picture The quality was pretty good Have gotten all my wigs with you and had good experience Seems like the cheaper ones are more like the picture
