Ordered 2 wigs & asked that they be…
Ordered 2 wigs & asked that they be personally inspected prior to mailing. Received wigs. One was ok the other one totally trash. I was charged postage yo return the wig & only 1/2 or less was refunded. I will never do business with your company again. Your return policies are horrible. I should not be charged for a wig that is not wearable!!!

I have ordered the Cameron by Renee of…
I have ordered the Cameron by Renee of Paris several times in the past. This is the first time I am very disappointed in my purchase. And this time I ordered 2 wigs to have 1 as a backup, and both of the wigs are the same. The front of the wig is not shaped like it had been in the past. The sides lay down flat and there is no way my hairdresser can possibly get it to lay differently. The wig seems to have a lot less hair in it. I take it to my hairdresser and she usually shapes it and they are bare spots so it cannot be shaped to a nice style. Sad and disappointed ☹️.

Trying to exchange for different coloe
The color is wrong wish to exchange but following online instruction just brings you in a circle.Goinf to try calling again but don't have a lot of faith that I will get satisfaction.
