It's great how easy it is to return a wig. I love the one I just got, but have returned several in the past. I'm never quite sure what they will look like.

Needed more coverage, took too long to arrive. I wasn’t refunded the full price which is not good. I’ll find wigs somewhere else.

Order process was easy and simple. The product arrived well packaged and in a timely manner. The wig was beautiful, but not exactly my style so, I decided to return it. That was handled in a prompt and professional manner. This company has a large selection of beautiful wigs.
