Excellent customer service!
I have been very satisfied with Wigs.com - all the representatives that I have dealt with have been fabulous! LOVE the free return option! There is a wig that has been discontinued, and I just received notification that it is back in stock! Excellent customer service. Just received Caelen wig - LOVE it - nice and light, perfect color and fit!

Absolutely Not
Absolutely not! I purchased a Raquel Welch synthetic wig (Scene Stealer) in the pumpkin spice color. Out of the bag IT WAS GORGEOUS! But….i wore it twice (less than 2 hours each time) and the bottom 6 inches turned into Barbie hair (zero product was used on this wig and no alterations made). I simple put it on and wore it to a meeting. It looked a little off when I got home but I brushed it and placed it back in the bag for good keeping and after the second use (another 2 hour meeting), I was devastated at what I paid and what I am now stuck with. YUCK. I purchased the recommended leave in spray conditioner in hopes to salvage and it is awful. It cannot be returned because I wore it and now I am stuck with a wig I cannot wear. I am incredibly disappointed.

We accept returns on items in their original condition (unworn and unused). Our representatives have contacted you to discuss this further.

For the price I expected better…
For the price I expected better quality. Everything was wrong - color - size-cheap looking wig. I was assured a full refund if not satisfied. The refund amount was over $30.00 short of what I paid. I have always worn wigs and this was my first return. I will not be doing business with this company in the future.

Regarding the money not refunded, the only money that wasn't refunded back to you were shipping costs (both to you and returning to us since you used our pre-paid label. Great fit for smaller heads
This is the 3rd wig Ive purchased, and the first one from Wigs.com. It is my favorite by far. I have a small head so purchased a petite wig which fits great! The fact that I could have returned it if it didn’t fit was a plus- not an option for the other 2.
