I have ordered for years my wigs from u ! .The voltage was horrible nothing like what i have ordered before!!! Dana tried to help me and was very nice said it came from distributors that had made the wigs which u should change i was very disappointed !!! Please change !!!!! Received 2 both the same each time

I’ve ordered the same topper for 3?years. But in my recent purchase the topper was different - it was a good 1/2” or more shorter (even the base felt smaller). When I tried to call to get some kind of help or assurance I was only told to return it. Not sure what I’m going to do.

I unpinned the label so I could try on the wig. When I removed the wig, I reattached the label. The color was not the same as in the photo. I was denied a refund and Wigs.com promised to return the wig to me. I believe Wigs.com would have denied my refund even if I'd never tried it on. The "returned wig" has yet to be returned. So, presently I am out the full price of the wig, as well as the wig being returned to me. I will not recommend Wigs.com to anyone, and will never again use Wigs.com. Shame on all of you.

Hi Susan, We apologize that we weren't able to accept your return due to the manufacturer's box missing. Unfortunately, without that box, we can't return it to the manufacturer or resell it. We shipped the item back to you, and the tracking shows it will be delivered on 2/8. Again we are sorry that we couldn't turn this situation around.
