I love working with wigs.com. I needed to return my Alva because the color wasn’t working for me. The return process was easy. When you call the people are very friendly and so helpful. I reordered Alva by Noriko in moonstone. Just waiting for it to arrive. Noriko runs small sometimes, so I’m praying this won’t be too small.

The wig looked terrible on me! Too much hair and the part was so high that in order for it to fit my hair was exposed about an inch. So disappointed! The picture did not look like the model had a larger head so it never occurred to me that the hair was so thick and long. I could never wear it in public.

I’ve been buying One wig from you for at least 15 years, I tried a new one but it was too much hair for me, I returned it and had no problems with the return, which was a great thing!!!!

Everything went fine, only minor delay on the delivery, and the tracking system from UPS was not that great and updated. Since I was traveling, I needed to be sure of the delivery date and confirmation. In the end, I was able to return to the hotel and get the package, but it was a close one.

After breast cancer these wigs saved my self esteem. Even my oncologist thought I did not lose my hair since it looks exactly like mine did. It is super easy to wear. Even wore it to the beach. I have ordered many in various shades of blonde. Could no do without them!!
