We like to provide the option of our $10.95 prepaid label that is insured to our customers, for their convenience. However, customers are also welcome to do a self return if it is a more cost effective option. Of course, we want to limit the amount of returns necessary as we understand costs can add up. As we mentioned in our email, manufacturers have changed much about their production given the labor and supply shortage overseas. Unfortunately, we have noticed differences in the pieces, and so have our customers. It is of the upmost importance to us when we receive feedback as we are reporting these differences to the manufacturers. Therefore, we thank you!
