The customer service rep, Virginia Narvaez, was very helpful, polite, and responded well to all my questions as a first-time purchaser of a wig. The shipment was correct and arrived in very good time. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Frizzy at the top
Response from Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™May 2, 2023
Dvora, we apologize! The New Addition by Rene of Paris has a basic/wefted base. Pieces with a basic/wefted cap or base will have tiny hairs that can look frizzy or stick up at the top. This feature is called Permatease and it is intentionally placed there to hide any weftng. However, if you would like to return the item, we have sent instructions via email. We thank you for your feedback and look forward to hearing from you!
