The first topper I ordered just wasn't the right fit for me so I returned it, which was super easy, received my refund and then ordered another one and I LOVE IT! I called for help choosing the right hairpiece for me, and the person on the other line, patiently helped me sort through my options. I have gotten the topper I needed and the color and style is great. I have had human hair hairpieces in the past, and the hair texture is much coarser than my natural hair. The texture of the synthetic hair from Jon Renau I chose, is baby fine and it feels so much more like my natural hair it is wonderful.

Ease of ordering, images of every wig color on a mannequin or styling head to see how the color drapes on the head, not just a picture of the hair fibers for each color. Let me know when your Melted Plum or Midnight Berry colors come in, they are very striking. I like the idea of whipped berry but it looks like Grey hair to me. Can you come up with a "younger" looking or more colorful version of this almost perfect hue? The gift with purchase was a nice surprise too.
