Beware of buying from Wigs.com. I placed a large order, received half of it and despite calling and emailing many times, they refuse to communicate back on a resolution. Also, it's a small company in Dallas and they have caller ID, so now when I call to attempt to resolve the situation, they just keep putting me on hold. My only option was to dispute the charges with my credit card company - for thousands. This is terrible customer service and unprofessional/unethical business practice. I had high hopes for Wigs.com - they seemed so professional and had such great reviews - but you can't not take consumer calls when there's an issue to resolve.

I ordered a wig, and didn't like it. So I returned it. Then it was sent back to me. I didn't reorder it and my money has not yet been refunded.

I highly suggest not purchasing ANYTHING from this company. If you decide to return something, they WON'T give you a full credit. They shorted me $24.60. This company's practice is complete robbery. I will NEVER purchase anything from this company again! They aren't transparent when people are placing orders that full refunds WILL NOT be received for returns. You shouldn't have to go searching on their website for that information. THIS IS A GIANT SCAM!!! Customer service responded by attaching the link to their "return policy" which is complete bogus. I wish I could give them negative stars on this review. I'm beyond furious.

Not as advertised and was told that I cannot return if package open!!! How is someone supposed to know unless they open it!! Horrible just horrible and very bad business tactics. Lies This is a review for the Amy Gibson scalp cushion. They advertised it was for people with or without hair. Not true

We apologize! Please know the scalp cushion is a product similar to a liner. Once a wig liner is worn it is not returnable. Wigs are returnable because we provide a liner to act as a barrier between the hairpiece and the customer's head. However, liners and in this case the scalp cushion, are only returnable if the packaging has not been opened, or used, for hygienic reasons. Please note, the scalp cushion is meant to be worn under wigs and it can be used by people with or without biological hair. As mentioned in our email to you the scalp cushion is not intended to grip or secure an item. It is only for added comfort and to avoid any itchiness, irritation, or discomfort that wigs may cause. We include videos and information on the product page to help our customers with the use of this product. We apologize if there was any confusion. You guys make buying a wig fun and easy. I love that you guys have videos showing what the wigs actually look like on somebody rather than just mannequin head. And there's also an enormous amount of tutorials on your website and on YouTube it's just amazing. You make sure that the buyer is well educated on picking a wig and on taking care of your wig. You guys also take the time to explain the construction of the cap which is so important. So I wanted to say thank you to everybody for making my first wig purchase fun and exciting and I can't wait to buy another one.
