Hello, This is the first time I purchase a wig on line, and through Wigs.com. The virtual appointment was very helpful. The sales associate was very sweet and helpful to my concerns. Best of all, I do love my new wig. The color, light weight, and style is beautiful. All I need to do is trim about an inch off the bangs to make it mine. My only small concern is how it will last in the weeks to come. I have had synthetic wigs, and unfortunately, they only last maximum 2-3 months on the ends.. I hope to at least get 5 months out of this Ellen Wille wig. Thank you all again!
