The customer service and returned service, yes I did open to see how it was to be used and did not match my hair color They never gave instructions how to care for the product, a way to trick a customer so they can not return there money. Shame on you.

Unfortunately, the hairpiece was received completely taken apart/not in its original condition. Lamentably, for this reason, we were unable to accept the return. Customer service was very helpful and efficient in placing my order by phone. I wish there was a discount for shipping, especially with a purchase over a certain amount. That was my only negative.

Keep in mind, US Air shipping is the required option for Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska – US Ground shipping is not an option. Wrong wit was sent. I had to go to my daughter to print label, go to UPS to return wig, in the interim got notice that another wrong wig was sent. Eventually it was worked out but delayed my order by about a week. The customer service team was great.
