I have never had any issue before with a purchase. The first time I ordered from wigs.com instead of wigsoutlet I am told my purchase does not qualify for an exchange. The wig is not only much much darker than the images online but the cut/style isn't the same either. I was only offered to donate it & lose $201. No where during my purchase (& I even spoke with a representative who suggested I try the main website instead of the outlet because they have varieties in stock. She never indicated any issue & she suggested this particular wig). I'm stuck with a wig I will never use & now reluctant to order again since this issue was never shared prior to my purchase.

Yet another bad wig. I've been wearing voltage by Raquel Welch for years the last year and a half is not been good. This last wig was all straight and look like I had a big mushroom on top of my head.
