Hi Nelda, Thank you for sharing your feedback about the Top Crown you recently purchased. Synthetic fiber versus human hair is a personal preference, but we can understand why you prefer human! It gives you styling versatility and looks and feels most natural. We are happy to hear you had excellent service and want you to know we would love the opportunity to help you find what you are looking for, especially since you are new! Our experts can assist on the phone or, even better, via a virtual consultation! We look forward to speaking with you soon! The Wig Experts

Hi Angela, We are sorry that we couldn't accept the item for return because it was not in the original condition it was sent out in. The items are shipped out in factory fresh manufacturer condition and this piece was returned damaged and not in new factory fresh condition. We returned the item to you and again apologize that we couldn't accept it back. Sincerely, The Wigs.com Team
