First time user.
First, the wig I chose is perfect. I love it. Fits very well, looks great (many compliments) and is very comfortable. Second, the staff is very accommodating and professional. Overall, the best first time experience I could have hoped for. This will now be my "go to" for wigs.

I was impressed with the ordering…
I was impressed with the ordering process and the speedy shipping. The quality of the wig was fantastic, The color (Biscuit) was beautiful. But I guess I'm too old for the style. The sides were too long, and the wig was too dense. On me, it didn't look natural. I wear my own blonde hair in a bob, but the wig was too drastic on me. I do wish they would show videos of each wig and in each color and that some of the models would be older women. I ended up returning it. I did find another style I will order in the next sale.

It was easy to order

Good for me & easy returns when not
I have purchased many wigs here. When I find a style that works I buy 3 or 4 so I always have one ready. I started with Cover Girl, then Muse & now loving In Charge (yes, all Raquel Welch wigs.) Sometimes the wig is great but just not right for me. On those rare occcasions, I can quickly & easily return it for a full refund (less S&H). With alopecia, I'll never be able to stop wearing wigs - so thank god for Raquel Welch & Wigs.com!

The color on the website was not what I…
The color on the website was not what I received. I chose to return it and get another color, hoping it would work better. I was charged shipping to return the item even though they don’t have a better color match photo.
