Please know orders may take 1-3 business days (business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays) to process before shipping. Then, the selected carrier, UPS/USPS, will deliver in the time frame you requested (in their business days). After reviewing the account, we have confirmed the order was placed on 10/25/23. We then fulfilled and shipped the order on Friday, 10/27/23 (2nd business day). The shipping option selected was USPS Priority Mail, 3 USPS business days. After reviewing the shipping progress, we have confirmed the package was delivered on 10/31/23 (2nd USPS business day). Also, you have the option to return the item.
