Wig is not as long as pictured in back. Front styling is not like picture also. I will have to pay to get bangs cut. Not happy with it.

They provided a very prompt refund when I returned some wigs that did not suit me. Quality of wigs was good and they were as described, but you really don't know how it's going to work out on any individual until you try it on. I appreciated the 30-day return period.

I had ordered from another site previously and while it was an ok experience when it came to returns it was not. I ordered from Wigs.com and not only was the delivery super fast, the return was seamless with no issues. I didn't have to follow up. The items I've ordered so far are AMAZING quality. It was easy to order. Unfortunately I had to return the wig. It was too light. I called to get return instructions. The customer service representative was very nice and was helpful. Return process was easy. Refund was prompt. I will definitely order from this company again.
