Quick & easy purchase
Picking my style & color was easy b/c you showed the color I wanted on the model. It was a quick purchase transaction online & you kept me posted re shipping & delivery. Lastly, the color did not disappoint & the synthetic hair looks very real. I was surprised that I can curl my wig which is something I didn’t notice originally. This is my 1st wig purchase but won’t be my last. I have an appointment with my hairdresser to cut some wispy bangs as I don’t want to mess it up since they won’t grow back. 🤣

It was perfect
My wig arrived quickly!! I was looking for a hairdresser, while I was opening the box. She couldn't find an appointment for a while .... and I realized, I didn't need her. It was perfect!!

Virtual consultation is excellent type of service. Representative was very helpful and competent. Like the wig very much, looks like real hair. It does tangle up a little because hair is long, but I just comb it very carefully with the wide tooth comb.

Very uncomfortable
Unfortunately this wig is very uncomfortable and runs big.
Have a,sore on the back now where you adjust size as well in the front. The front is very scratchy and rough.
Only thing I like the hair feels nice...but am not really gonna wear it because it hurts

Unfortunately, we can't offer the ability to return the item if it has been worn and isn't in original condition. Still, we see you recently ordered another style, which is a petite cap.
Please know that if you get an item that doesn't work and is in its original condition, you can return it.

Will not buy from this company again.
The online color swatch was nothing like the product I received.
I paid for 2 day shipping...but was unaware that it would take you 4 or 5 days to process my order and ship it.
Then you charged me over $20 to return it.
Sigh.

In regards to your refund, we don't refund shipping costs. When you use our pre-paid return label, $10.95 is deducted from your refund, and we don't reimburse you for the shipping.
