The bangs are flipped up..how do I fix that?
Response from Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™Nov 27, 2023
Hi Rhonda, We are sorry that the bangs seem to have an issue with the Show Stopper you recently received from us. We contacted you to talk to you about this further and get more information. If the item is in original condition with all tags and packaging, you can also return the item for inspection, as we wouldn't want you to keep an item with a defect. We look forward to hearing back from you. Warm regards, The Wig Experts

Response from Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™Nov 27, 2023
Hi Margaret, We apologize for the error with your refund and that you didn't receive your order. We refunded the shipping cost to you as well. Unfortunately, UPS will no longer ship to the PO Box you provided for shipping. Therefore, in the future, you will have to provide a physical address for us to send. Sincerely, The Wig Experts

I am extremely sad that I had to do a return on the wigs that I was hoping to love. They were of great quality and well made. However I feel that I need assistance with style and color as I plan to make a change in what I have been wearing. After Thanksgiving I am hoping to book an appointment with wigs.com virtual/online. Thanks for your service.
Response from Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™Nov 22, 2023
Hi Marianne, We are sorry that the Gala and Winner Petite didn't work out. Yes, we recommend a virtual consultation with one of our experts! It's the best way to find the right color and style, with the end goal: you love the new piece and don't have to return. To schedule an appointment, please click on the link below: https://www.wigs.com/pages/virtual-consultation We look forward to meeting and helping you find your new style!
