To return a item the amount I have to pay is way too high. It is the most I have ever paid for a return item. The topper I received was made so well, color was perfect, it just didn't fit me. I plan to get a full wig soon.

So far return seems to gone well. Second wig still has time to consider. I would have preferred a better conversation with on phone when trying to decide size of the one I am returning. Her information was correct- its the color that makes me return. May try video conferencing next time.
