The wig came packaged very well, with great care taken. I purchased a wig from another site and it came smashed in a Ziploc bag. Totally disgusted given I paid more on the other site. The addition of a free wig cap topped it off for me. I will only buy my wigs from wigs.com from now on. I also want to add that the quality of your wigs, given the price, is astounding! So far I have ordered 5 wigs from your company..2 for my sister and 3 for me ( I just ordered another Noriko SKY in Almond Spice), and I am thrilled beyond measure with my purchases. The Noriko SKY wig is such a beautiful style... exactly what I was looking for. Thanks again for the superb quality!

I love the wigs. But had to return one. I received it on Friday and mailed it back Tues. I tried it on and literally had it on for 10 min. The color wasn't what I had hoped for and it was very frizzy. The string tag with the color and name did come off. I got back a email saying it was used and I had used products on it. I never even left my bedroom mirror. I loved the Ignite one and they are great quality but very unhappy. I have bought many wigs and the one time I needed to send it back you refuse it.
