The hair quality is very bad not soft at all. A lot of breakage. Tangles insanely. This purchase is Very disappointing. I spent over 300$ and it’s not even worth 50$.

I've ordered several wigs from Wigs.com and I've been pleased with my orders. I like the cut of Annette and I selected a color after reading the description, but maybe the wrong wig was sent to me. The description for Midnight said that it was a warm shade. When the wig arrived I could see that it was definitely a cool gray and reminded me of gunmetal gray. I haven't been able to wear it because it doesn't match my complexion. But I decided to keep it, hoping that it will be wearable when my hair is grayer.
