I have been ordering from wigs.com for several years & and up to this point they have been trust worthy & reliable, until now. I ordered this wig on sale for $200.00. I noticed immediately the lace was frayed when I took it out of the box, I then placed it right back in the box & requested a return. My return was denied because the lace was frayed, and I was told this piece was shipped directly from the manufacturer and that there was no way they would have sent it to me in this condition. I assured them this is the condition the wig was in when I opened the box, no one cared and I was basically accused of causing the damage, which is totally false! I am a seasoned wig wearer & would never do this. I Spoke with 2 customer service reps via phone and email. They sent the wig back & I’m stuck with it, out $200.00. I won’t be purchasing from this company again. I recommend Uniwigs and Emma hair piece, they are ethical, wigs.com used to be but for me they lost my trust. Buyer beware!

I absolutely love Wigs.com They say they make returns easy and that is absolutely true! I have had to return a few wigs Trying to find the right one! It’s traumatic enough to lose hair, but to be able to figure out what color and style is the best is very difficult wigs.com made it a lot easier! I can’t say enough good things about this company!
