Last wig I purchased showed 30% off but checkout did not give me the option to use the discount. I ordered at full price and then called to ask about discount. Was told you would issue discount when item shipped…and you did. Easy order, arrived quickly and was just as advertised.

I have ordered 4 wigs through wigs.com. The first two experiences were great. The third time I ordered two wigs at once. They tried to deliver them on a Saturday (when I was at treatment) and when no one was home to sign for it (apparently if it's over a certain amount a signature is required), they sent the wigs to a local automotive shop for pickup at that location. After one delivery attempt, my only option was to pick them up myself at a location not convenient for me at all. They would not attempt delivery again. Customer service said I could cancel the order and have them sent back to wigs.com if I didn't pick them up, but I would be charged restocking fees and shipping fees. I think this is ridiculous. I literally have cancer, hence the wigs, and can not drive myself to get these wigs that I need. I finally ended up having someone take me to the autoshop, where I waited over 30 minutes in line for someone to hand me my box without a signature. What a hassle.

Hi Katie, We apologize for the issue with your delivery. Per our policy and UPS requirements, a signature is necessary for orders over $500. Once you receive your tracking information, you have the option to remove the signature requirement, schedule a convenient delivery time, or select a UPS Access Point. If the carrier cannot obtain a signature, they may drop the package off at an access point of their choice. While we do not charge restocking fees, customers are responsible for any shipping costs. Customer satisfaction is our priority. We cover shipping on orders over $150 and offer return shipping for a flat fee of $10.95. Thank you for your understanding

I keep ordering the same as I don’t want to continue. People say”that’s a wig?” I love transformation time in the morning when I put it on. Husband, friends say “keep wearing”

Overall I’m very pleased with Wigs.com. Their rewards program could be better for loyal buyers. Free shipping would help tremendously as shipping is very expensive.
Response from Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™Sep 18, 2024
Hi Lynell, Thank you for providing your feedback on our Wigs.com site. We appreciate your insights and value your input. We agree that the rewards system could use some updating and are currently working on revamping it. Additionally, we offer free shipping on orders over $150. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

The wig I received was absolutely beautiful. The only problem was the color. The color was entirely too dark for me. So unfortunately I had to return the wig. I was promptly refunded the entire amount I paid for the wig. I was very pleased with the outstanding customer service I received from your company.
