Ordering is easy and shipping is quick. However charging an $18 shipping fee is a little ridiculous if all I need is a wig stand. I can get that with free shipping or much cheaper shipping fee elsewhere. Seems like it's deterring people from buying any accessories from your site.

Reasonable quick And many professional options

I’ve had to exchange wigs in the past and if I don’t like a new style, I can send it back and try something different. Their customer service is 5 star! Never a hassle about exchanges. And, as it turns out, this last time I ordered a different style and I absolutely LOVE it! I got the nicer one with the Mono top and I’ll never go back to the other type. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else.

This is the 3rd time I have entered this information. NOT GOING TO DO IT AGAIN!!! The wig has a bump on the back right "corner" that I can't get to flatten. The cap is way too small. Doesn't come within 1 1/2 to 2 inches of my ears, and I don't have a large head. The wig just slides off the wig stand. I doubt very much that I will be ordering from your company again. Very unhappy. Please don't offer me a free consultation over Zoom. I don't have access to a computer that I can use 24/7. Only on my phone which is almost as big of a pain in the ___ as that "bump" on the wig.

This is a great wig for me. I have alopecia, and I was always embarrassed by my thin hair as I grew up and into my adult life. But with menopause, l lost hair to female pattern baldness and turned to wearing wigs. This is the best so far.

The first wig I ordered did not match the color on the website and it was very easy to return. I then spoke with an advisor at the call center who was very helpful and helped me order another wig. I think all the brands offered on Wigs.com are of good quality and timely shipping is very helpful.
