It's frustrating to receive an item that doesn't meet expectations, However please note all items on our wigs.com site are pulled straight from the manufacture. The straight hairs you are seeing in the wig is reffured to as perma tease these are short hairs in place to help hide the cap construction.

It is important to note that natural shedding is common in hand-tied wigs, particularly during the initial few weeks due to potential missed hairs during manufacturing. Using anything other than a wide-tooth comb, as well as having products near the knots, can exacerbate this issue and cause them to loosen. Proper care is essential to prevent this from occurring.
