The benefits were just not worth the costs. The barrel length makes it cumbersome and hard to get the curls. I can get better results with pins and plastic curlers

I ordered my wig on 11/1/24. Received an e-mail that it would be delivered by 7 PM on 11/5/24 via UPS. It never arrived! In checking tracking with UPS it is "suppose" to be in Lawnside, NJ, which is only about an hour from my home! Called Wigs.com on 11/11/24. I was told they would start an investigation. Today is 11/17/24 - I still have not received the wig. Very disgusted with Wigs.com that they are making me wait so long. They have my money as my credit card was charged the same day I ordered the wig on 11/1. I called Wigs. com, again, on 11/14/24 - was told only that they had started the investigation & I would just have to wait. This is ridiculous!!! I just want the wig!!! Where is it???

Awesome wig.They sent it right away. The wig was awesome! I really loved it but I had to return it because I picked the wrong color. It’s hard to figure out online. I wanted a wig that looked like my hair so people would not know I was wearing it. This one would have been perfect if I could get the color right

Wigs.com has all the wigs across so many brands. I am a new wig wearer and I made a couple of mistakes (color). Wigs.com has an excellent return policy. Also, they answer the phone!! And helped me swap another potential mistake before the wig was even packaged to ship. I got the right color.
