Huge selection of wigs. Good experience for first time buyer. I didn’t use customer service for this purchase. Being a bio redhead is hard to find good color matches. The wigs for redheads came with dark roots, which is not natural. Redheads do not have black roots. Improving on that for future manufactures would be a sellout for the fair skinned people. I would definitely purchase again if I could find some thing without black roots.
Response from Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™Nov 26, 2024
Hi Ginger, We appreciate your feedback and understand your experience with finding a color match. We strive to offer a wide variety of wigs to suit different needs and preferences. We value your input and will consider it for future product development. Thank you for your continued support.

This is the second time I have received a wig that the hair was all wonky. It would not lay down and was sticking up in the wrong direction. I put the wig on a stand for a couple of days to see if it would tame down and there was no improvement. The style is one I have purchased several times previously but the style didn't seem quite right either. I sent the wig back and had to pay shipping even though the wig was defective. That doesn't seem quite right. I would hope the items you sell are checked for quality before being sent to a customer. I would also suggest you revise your policy on the cudtomer paying for shipping when the item is not usable.
