Wigs.com return process is what keeps me buying from them. I am struggling to find a wig that meets all of my requirements of low-density, heat-resistant synthetic, and is the color I am looking for. It is not easy buying something so personal online, but the fact that wigs.com takes the fear out of returns is a huge plus and I will keep trying to find the "right" wig for me at their website.
