My purchase came on time and I adore this wig. I have spent hundreds of dollars on wigs I was so dissatisfied with. The Emma wig did not disappoint. She is what I should have purchased to start with.

Customer Service
The item was promised by a certain date, but whenI contacted their help line they said it was on back order & it would be another month for delivery. It was already charged to my account! I think this is totally unacceptable customer service!
Response from Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™Aug 26, 2026
Mary, We’re sorry for the frustration and disappointment caused by the unexpected backorder. Estimated availability dates can sometimes change due to manufacturer delays, and we understand how upsetting this can be when you were expecting your order by a certain date. We appreciate your feedback and apologize that your experience did not meet expectations.

Love the wig “Chat”
1. I love this wig. I get many compliments when I wear it. One friend wants the same wig but it doesn’t appear to come in large nor the same color. 2. The shipping time was delayed by the shipping company and it took 15 days to arrive. Very disappointing.
Response from Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™Aug 26, 2026
Julie, We are delighted to hear you love the wig and receive so many compliments! We understand your friend's disappointment regarding sizing and color availability. We also recognize your frustration with the delayed shipping. We are always working to improve our delivery times and product offerings.
