The guidelines for sizing your head to ensure a good fit were easy to follow, making the process stress-free. There are plenty of videos available on various topics for new wig wearers like myself, which have been incredibly helpful. The wigs are of high quality, and I am confident that I'll be a repeat purchaser in the future.

I purchased a wig but once I tried it on I didn’t care for it. So I ordered a new one which was very easy. I sent back the first one and they sent me the new one, and that is the one I am keeping. Quick and easy!

I returned a 315 wig after owning in less than 3 hours. They refused the return saying it had been worn after I had only tried it one. I would not have worn it out because it looked ridiculously fake. Then, they claimed I altered it which was also untrue. How would someone know if they like a wig if they had never tried it on. Customer service is terrible. They are thieves. The website is a liar stating easy, hassle free returns.

We understand your frustration with the return process. We strive to provide a positive customer experience, and it's disheartening to hear that your experience fell short of your expectations. However we do not see your profile located in our system or an order number provided in order for us to look into this further would you be so kind as to provide an order number.

I like the videos of the wigs and photos of real people wearing the hair. It gives you an idea of how the wig would look in real life before you purchase.

I've been ordering from Wigs.com for a number of years. You're easy to deal with, the wigs arrive in a timely fashion, if I'm not pleased the return policy is very easy. This time I loved both wigs...
