The Ellen Willie wig was not as nicely finished as I’d like. Feels like the cut was in need of a final touch!

The wig had a lace front, which is great however it was in the box so long that the frontal part of the wig was molded into something that would not give it bent down and covered the frontal lace, and whti tried to pull hair back it would bounce back to the front It was just stuck there.

We understand your frustration with the wig's condition. in order to removed the cold set in the lace we do recommend steaming it with a wig steamer as this will help remove the crease.
