I ordered a beautiful Rachael Welch wig that I thought for sure was going to be great for me. The wig arrived and was beautiful but it wasn’t the right style for me and I immediately returned it. I notified the company , they sent me the approval for return and I sent it back. My money was quickly refunded. No issues, no hassles. I did have to pay for return shipping.

The color I ordered using the name and number is NOT the one that I received. When I called and explained I always order Jon Reneau and I know the color and numbers, I was told the number wasn’t important ! It is important as it wasn’t the color I ordered and should have to pay to return an error on the part of wigs.com
