Although I did not keep the product, I have to leave a superb rating! I received the product extremely quick (1 day!) and loved the quality of it. The cut in chose for myself wasn’t flattering so I sent it back. The return policy is excellent and easy to use. Received refund less shipping which is more than I expect from most companies theses days! I look forward to finding a style that compliments me much better!

I did get the wig I ordered and I suppose my expectations were too high. Monitors also render colors differently than what the actually are so my color pick turned out to be much redder than I'd thought. Because there's no app to "try on" wigs to see if they matched my face, I went with what I thought would work for my face. The hair is synthetic and that's obvious. Add to the color and I got the stereotypical old lady unsuccessfully trying to look young. Or someone in a play making fun of old ladies. Won't wear it. Will probably donate it. Not the company's fault however, they would get more business from me if I could, at least, match the style to my face. I know now to just get darker colors when ordering online without some kind of color sample.
