It was my first time trying a wig. While the wig was nice it just didn’t work for me and didn’t fit quite right. Experience was convenient and refund was prompt. Would like to try another but shipping costs are prohibitive.

Carol DelRosso, We appreciate you trying our wig for the first time. We're glad the refund was prompt. We're sorry it didn't fit well, and the shipping costs are too high. We value your feedback.

Arrived quickly & well packaged. This being my first wig purchase, could be inexperience. Purchased due to hair loss from chemo. The color was way darker than shown, and there is just so much hair! Will take to my stylist to see if she can thin it out a bit, as now it's really thick & heavy. Will look for a shorter style to see if that works better for me.

Wig is being returned. It looks and feels unfinished. This doesn't look or feel like the wig I have ordered in the past. Don't know what happened but I will be calling for an explanation
