My wig came quickly, was packaged securely and came with very specific instructions for how to wear and care for the wig and how to return it if needed. I needed a larger size and returned it- the refund was quick and without any issues. I am ordering the same wig style but a larger size and am impressed with the service of Wig.com.

I like that I can order and try on at home. This way I can see if the color and the cut are a good fit for me. If not I can return, immediately, without harm to the wig.

Each wig I ordered was perfectly wrapped and boxed. I love the styles and they make me feel beautiful. Everyone complements my hair and no one can believe I'm wearing a wig not even hairdressers! I just wish that someone could create a wig to wear swimming. I'm a lap swimmer and spend a lot of time at the pool

Dana, wig specialist was great in answering in guiding me through. The process of sizing & choosing the right wig. I ordered Ignite on my own but a petite which was too small & the color was not good so I returned it. I have held off on ordering another wig as my hair is coming. At this point I’m embracing the “short”. Hopefully my cancer doesn’t return. If so & will order Ignite oyster.
