I'm relatively new to wigs so I have made a few mistakes on size, color and style - lol ok essentially everything. Wigs.com is easy to work with and I had to return my first wig - so far so good. I love the color selection and delivery is pretty quick.

I ordered Spring Hi by Ellen Willa for the second time. The wig is not as rooted as the first one & it is not cut e like the first one. I thought the first one hsd shorter bangs than the pics show. I'm not sure I understand why this is. It is disheartening to have to send a wig back and lose money on each return. I use to wear Dot by the same maker and at first they were very much alike but then the wigs started coming in so much thinner on the top. I love the short rooted lace front wigs.

Dear, in general, I am satisfied with the shipments; however, this last wig you sent was a bit damaged and poorly finished at the front.

NORA RIVERO, We appreciate your feedback. We're sorry the wig's quality wasn't up to our standards. We'll investigate the finishing process to ensure better quality in the future.

I love the color, I have had it before... It looks so nature on me. I like the short cut but the bangs maybe to long. I am waiting to wear it on the 4th of July for my new summer look!

Marilyn J Nothnagel, We're happy to hear that you love the color and natural look! We appreciate your feedback about the bangs and hope you enjoy your new summer look on the 4th of July.
