Easy to navigate website and great customer experience
The website made it easy to find and compare different wigs. Check out was a breeze. I ordered a wig in two different shades, not knowing which I’d prefer. I returned one, and it has been an easy process from starting the return to tracking its progress back to wigs.com.

Try to find one to try on before purchasing it.
The wig feels great. However, it doesn't seem to even resemble the color chart! It is much too blond. I will not return it as I wore it once so I will try one of the liquid colorants to try to give it more depth.

You have the best choices of wigs
You have the best choices of wigs. I've gone to other sites and they have a great looking wig but it only comes in a couple of colors. You have a wide variety of wigs and comes in any color you wish!

Not impressed
Not impressed. Wig is too big and bulky looking. I thought for a 400 dollar wig it would be more natural looking
