The Lacey AI customer service rep is so terrible and off-putting that I'm looking for another retailer. It's ironic because I became a wigs.com enthusiast years ago due to an outstanding human customer service experience I encountered way back in 2015. But this most recent purchase was so unnecessarily complicated, and Lacey so unhelfpul, that I have promised myself that I will not go through that again. I'm searching for a wig retailer that still uses HUMAN customer service reps!
