Alot of variety to choose from. I appreciated all of the information with the products and the messages following up making sure everything was going well. The delivery was super-fast! I found that I can't measure my head very well and am not average and needed a smaller cap, thankful for returns.

Have had the wig for about 4 months now, and after 4 months of only wearing the wig about once a week its frizzy as heck and tangles none stop. Im so dissapointed because I paid 300+ dollars for this and its unwearable now even after washing and proper synthetic wig care.

Dear Amber, We’re so sorry to hear you’re having some trouble with your Pretty Wig. Please keep in mind that synthetic wigs typically last about 3 to 6 months with the right care and maintenance. With gentle brushing, proper storage, and the use of wig-safe products, you can often extend the life and keep it looking beautiful. If you’d like, we’d be happy to share some personalized care tips or product recommendations to help you get the most out of your wig. We’re here to support you! Warm regards,
Marie A.
I purchased my first wig from this organization, a style called wavy days and the color was Light and the wig was too thick so I went through the process of getting the return label and mailed the item back to the company. No tags removed. I received an email from them stating they received editors pick and they had no record of this wig. I had no idea what they were referring to since this was my first purchase. My first thought was they had the wrong tag on the wig. They did not want to satisfy any of the issues it was very frustrating then they said they would mail the way back to me since it was the wrong Wig. I told him to go ahead and do that. I will also dispute the charges on my credit card and it’s been over three weeks and still no wig in hand. I am beside myself spending $500 on a wig for the first time and getting this type of treatment. I do not recommend this organization if you do consider purchasing a wig! I will repeat first time purchasing a wig so not confused by retailer name whatsoever. This is clearly a mislabeled issue!
