Out of the many wig companies I have experienced , Wigs.com is by far the best. Other companies sometimes send you wigs that show signs of prior use. But your wigs always appear new out of the box. Also your service is the fastest of them all. Thank you for your excellence

The website is easy to use, great selection, and great brands. Product sent is in great shape and condition. I was a little disappointed in how long it took to receive. Took over a week and a half to receive my first shipment. I felt little deceived with their returns. On their website, they use the language “prepaid shipping label” but you actually pay $10.95 to ship an item back. That’s not a lot but they make it seem like it’s easy free returns.

I received the wig although beautiful it is much too light for me. I’m not computer savvy so I’m still trying to figure out how to return. I would like to exchange for a darker color, but that doesn’t seem to be an option.
