Wig arrived very quickly, discreet shipping, good quality stuff. I've been order from here for years, never had a single issue. Never needed to contact customer support, so I can't talk about that.

The color and style of the wig is very nice. The hair, however, is so shiny, it looks like a wig. I really don't know yet if I'll be wearing it. It looked beautiful and authentic on the model in the ad. Maybe I need to put on some make-up and glam up first.

Michele, Thank you so much for sharing your honest feedback with us! We’re really glad to hear you loved the color and style of the wig. We understand that the shine of the hair can feel a bit different in person, and sometimes wigs can appear shinier right out of the package. Many customers find that a little styling, dry shampoo, or light powder can help create a more natural look. We truly appreciate your thoughts, and we’d love for you to feel confident and beautiful wearing it. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if we can offer tips or help you decide if it’s the right fit for you!
