I had bought this wig before at a wig company and loved it. I ordered another one from you, same wig and I’m very happy with the style as well as the color.

You did great. The wig is beautiful. I completely satisfied with the ordering process and the product quality and the style. This is my issue with me. I haven’t worn the wig in public. It just seems like so much hair. And it’s not my actual color. Intellectually I know it doesn’t matter. Emotionally I’ve always felt most comfortable with a natural look. This isn’t my natural. I am trying to accustom myself to the look. And my issues certainly don’t reflect on your company.

Jerry, We truly appreciate your kind words about our product's quality and the ordering process. We understand that adjusting to a new style and color can take time, especially when it's different from your usual look. We hope you grow to love your beautiful wig as you become more accustomed to it. Thank you for your thoughtful feedback.

Terrible customer service. I scheduled a consultation and the person that was supposed to do it never came to the zoom meeting. I called customer service number and was on hold for over an hour, never heard from them. I’m a newbie in the wig world and have a ton of questions and concerns. I will not be buying from wigs.com again. It’s a shame too because I love a ton of wigs on there and am willing to buy , but just don’t have the support I need from them.
Response from Wigs.com – The Wig Experts™Oct 1, 2026
Robin, We’re very sorry to hear about your experience. Missing a scheduled consultation and then being unable to reach our team for assistance is understandably frustrating, especially when you’re new to wigs and looking for guidance. This is not the experience we want for our customers. We would appreciate the opportunity to help answer your questions and provide the support you were expecting. Please contact our Client Care Team so we can assist you directly.
